Chocolate mousse was smooth and dark, the sponge was alright. The description mentions a crunchy core of crushed hazelnuts, salted caramel, hazelnut dacquoise but I don’t rmb it being very crunchy, maybe it’s bc I didn’t get to eat much of the crunchy part? I would prefer a crunchy base tho that’s more mainstream and not entremet-like. The feuilletine at the side was nice and crunchy. I do prefer other choc mousse cakes / entremets tho, maybe it’s also because their items are not served cold and I prefer chilled mousse-based desserts.
