One of my favoritest favourite ramen from Tokyo has arrived in Singapore!🥳 We were there around 5pm so we didn’t have to wait for long.

Can’t say that it’s as good as Japan’s (wasn’t a fan of the chashu here as it was a little dry, and the price of the ramen is of course, slightly more expensive at $15.90) but I’ll take what I can get and in any case, it’s still very satisfying!

Every ramen comes with the usual suspects - bamboo shoots, (half) ajitama, seaweed and cha shu.

My favourite was the light delicate broth of the Yuzu shio ramen, followed by the Tsukemen - refreshingly tangy and the dipping sauce was surprisingly not too rich. Preferred the noodles of tsukemen as it was a little springier.

The Buta Wing Gyoza (6 pcs $6.90) was a must-order, according to the waitress and so we did; pretty decent, crisp, fillings were quite juicy and flavorful.
