3rd course : Salt-baked cabbage ๐Ÿฅฌ, pork crackling, egg ๐Ÿฅš white purรฉe, sauce of anchovy and garlic
4th course : Lamb with walnut and cinnamon
Dessert : sponge with honeycomb
Petite Four : Burnt marshmallow, Mont Blanc
