Tomi Sushi serves one of the better quality sashimi that I've tried in SG and their lunch sets are pretty affordable as well. The Sashi Set ($25) that comes with 5 kinds of sashimi (salmon, tuna, scallop, shrimp and yellowtail), 2 pcs each, is definitely a steal. Also comes with rice, minced meat, miso soup, a side salad and cut fruit.
