The noods were topped with a generous portion of beef brisket braised to tenderness - definitely worth the price that you're paying for. According to the fiance, this is way better and way more affordable than DTF's. The brisket was fall-off-the-chopstick kinda tender, with translucent bits of collagen and maybe, some fats for that extra bit of juiciness 💦
