One of the dishes that caught my eye on @mercimarcel 's menu was the Tarte Flambée - a thin crust pizza topped with reblochon cheese, grapes and smoked duck breast.

Savoury, sweet and a hint of smokiness, this pizza pie was a perfect complement to the small sharing plates of the table. I'm usually not a big fan of pizza crust, but the thin crispiness of the Tarte kept me going back for more. While I still do prefer the Ravioles and the Duck Rillettes, the Tarte Flambée was a good filler upper course!
