Plain white rice sprinkled with crispy crumb paired with signature fried chicken which have crackling skin & tender but dry meat, a slice of cucumber, a part of tomato, lettuce & half a Tahu.
Just eating the chicken is boring, but after spreading that sambal pedas, its a game changer. Damn... That sambal pedas is lagi shiok sia, it not even enough for my meal.😅 If not for that sambal, I will not have this again.
Oh... And the soup is yum yum. My guess is from the Mee Soto soup.
Next time, should try black pepper, hope it will increase the moistness in chicken.
