Fuss free, engaging and affordable, you will be able to customize your own pasta creation conveniently here. What’s more, there is a whole range of quality ingredients that you can mix around with to create a combination that fits your budget on rainy days or be a baller on payday. If you do not wish to build-your-own pasta bowls, there’s a range of signature pasta creations, sides and other ala carte items in the menu.

Named the Pasta Supremo’s ‘haus’ pasta choices, these are pasta selections that have been created by the chef such as the Supremo Porky Marinara ($15) that uses the long pasta and contains bacon, pork meatball, pork croutons and Parmigianino Reggiano cheese. Prawn lovers can opt for the Prawn Olio Olio ($20, pictured) that uses the curly pasta tossed in Sichuan garlic oil, garlic tiger prawns, lap cheong crumble and tobiko. There’s also a meat-free option called the Vege Wege Pasta ($18) that uses the short pasta cooked with Asian pesto, burnt miso corn and an assortment of mushroom before finishing with seasoned breadcrumbs and Parmigianino Reggiano cheese. The unanimous favorite during the tasting has got to be the quirkly-named Carbonara, but not really ($18), which comes with curly pasta, sautéed shimeiji, button and shiitake mushrooms, Parmigianino Reggiano cheese and bacon.
