The signature dessert at Mok Mok is the Kumo Ultimos, a range of Japanese cream cheese soufflé pancakes with different toppings on it.

In frame is the Milk Tea (RM 20) version that comes with black milk tea mousse, black tapioca pearls, crumble, nuts and with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. The warm and fluffy pancake is almost air-like texture while the other accompaniments help create varying textures in your mouth from each bite. Overall, an interesting yet delightful dessert.
