For the Champagne Lobster Roll, couldn’t detect much Champagne in the sauce. Nevertheless, love the texture of Tobiko Fish Roe with fresh lobster meat. The crispy rosti tastes great too and of course, with the combination of fresh marine crustacean just makes it even better.
