Saw a picture of the parfait ($9)on instagram and it was too pretty for me to resist, with the tri-coloured shiratama and baby pink softserve and sakura jelly💕 Also added on a Sakura Macaroon for $3

Tastewise, I felt that the floral notes were quite subtle, and the softserve overall leans more towards being milky! The sakura jelly had a great bite to them (like konjac) and had a stronger floral profile to them. Would've been great if the shiratama wasn't plain though, perhaps something could be done to incorporate the "sakura" element in it haha
