I was sold on the basis of seafood being the core ingredient in this pasta, however it was sorely lacking in the presence of the advertised seafood reduction and grated mullet bottarga. What I got instead was a decent spicy tomato-based sauce coating al-dente pasta and a handful of fresh, succulent prawns. Tasty, no doubt, but not what I was expecting.
