BIG Boss Burger (Double Patty) Beef & Mutton ($17.90) 🍔
This burger brings a local twist to the conventional burger by using satay sauce for that explosion of flavors at the first bite. Idk about you but this is the first time i have heard of anyone combining the best flavors of beef and mutton in 1 patty leh. Accompanied with crispy fried onions, sliced tomato, cucumber and crisp lettuce and purple cabbage slaw. Served with a basket of Cajun fries. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Catch of the Day: 🐟
Pan-seared salmon served with seasonal vegetables, mashed potatoes and cream sauce. A well-cooked pan-seared salmon should have crispy skin but retains its tender flesh and this is exactly what was served. Seasonal vegetables includes sweet potatoes, corn, mushrooms, broccoli and cherry tomatoes.

Cajun Lamb Rack 🐑
Pan-fried lamb rack seasoned with cajun spices, served with seasonal vegetables, and mashed potatoes, topped with their homemade brown sauce. There is no smell of old sheep's meat and it's probably because of their marinade. Scrumptious dinner! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
