Doesnโ€™t look as appetising as it tastes, the chicken karage here is probably visually different from what youโ€™d expect. However, this comes with many upsides. It was meaty, and the outer coating was crisp and flavourful. Unlike the ready made floury outer coating karages we can air fry at home, this was pleasantly tasty without being too salty. I believe their marinade is made with fermented soya and parsley, and it seems like a unique take on the karage unlike how Singaporeans know it. While on the pricier end, itโ€™s worth a try!
