Fresh and tender.
Went for the head, fin and tail instinctively.

The Snow Lotus Seed is full of collagen.
Everyone’s favourite.

Red Dates Cake.
The flesh of red dates were dug out and painstaking steamed with layer of coconut and new year cake.
Not overly sweet. Another interesting way to present the traditional new year cake for CNY
