On our second visit to UYKD, we’re still delighted with their interesting and popular dishes. .
The Signature Grilled Chicken (Whole) was quite a hit still. It was in fact my favourite dish that night. The chicken was uniquely well marinated with juices sealed within its tender flesh. The perfectly grilled crispy skin was also the contributing factor why I loved this dish so much.

Another top of my favourite dish was yet something to do with poultry. The Red Curry With Grilled Chicken, Lychee, Tomatoes and Sweet Basil looked rather mundane but when drenched with rice, I could have this dish alone. Would love more lychees added as the sweetness added a refreshing touch to it.
