Legend has it that Chef Gordon Ramsay is still searching for the lamb sauce. Unfortunately, it ain’t here either, so I’ll be joining Ramsay on the search for the mythical lamb sauce as well.

However, I did find Flavortown within Bread Street Kitchen when I ordered the lamb chops ($55++). While slightly pricey, the lamb was worth its weight in gold. Gordon loves seasoning, and the lamb reflected said affection for seasoning. Unlike another restaurant chain set up by another celebrity chef *cough* Oliver *cough*, the portions were satisfactorily massive, and the lamb was the opposite of bland.

Absolutely bloody delicious, and it was done to a perfect medium rare. It was tender and utterly juicy, and such a joy to devour. Coupled with excellent service and a luxurious atmosphere, Bread Street Kitchen is definitely right up my alley. Oi panini head, are you listening to me?
