This can be found at Singapore's first rooftop urban farm & Japanese restaurant in Singapore, conveniently located at Funan Shopping Center. It's helmed by head chef Seki Takuma, who applies authentic Japanese cooking techniques on dish inspired by his Niigata roots, using ingredients imported from Japan, several from Chef Seki's hometown Niigata, supplemented by the produce at the urban farm located right outside the restaurant.
