With the rich coconutty 🥥 curry broth that coats the bee hoon lusciously, this rendition of laksa was flavourful without being surfeiting! 😋 Topped with prawns 🦐, chicken shreds, eggs 🍳 & tofu puffs, this made such a satisfying bowl! 👍🏻

For those who can't handle spice well 🌶, fret not - this is very manageable with just a mild spice! 👌🏻 Add their sambal chilli for more shiok-ness! 🔥 Oh, their homemade achar was super yummy too!
