Tarts in Pineapple Basil, Raspberry Oolong Milk Tea and Orange Ginger. Was very impressed by how intricately made Migi Bakes’ tarts were. Not only were they gorgeous, each flavour was thoughtfully put together. There’s also much more that goes on within each filling - taking our favourite of the box, Raspberry Oolong as example, it has fresh lychee bits as the base, with oolong milk tea, raspberry couverture and osmantheus goji agar on top. Thought the ginger in the Orange Ginger could be stronger cause even tho I’m not usually a fan, it worked harmoniously here & I hoped it was a tad more distinct. The tarts had just the right amount of mild sweetness too.
