One of the best I've tasted. I'm tired of ppl hyping up tomato and egg just cos they haven't tasted an authentic version and assume their family's version is the standard.

But this really delivers. It's very different from the norm. The colour looks very normal, but what sets it apart are the sauce and the eggs. Despite the lack of strong wok hei, it's immensely flavourful as the eggs had a bite and are super sweet(no idea what they whipped into it) and the sauce was bomb too, with a hint of sourness. There's lot of hidden oil, I only knew that after I put it in the fridge haha(that's probably what contributes to the flavour).

Despite the appearance, very unhealthy and equally delicious. Must try!
