Shoestring truffles were pretty good! Fries were thinner than usual, which I enjoyed. Well-seasoned with sea salt, black pepper, and grated cheese. As I like the aroma and taste of my truffle fries to be a bit stronger, I thought this was on the milder side. Nonetheless, a good snack for sharing!
