Conceptualised by new head bartender Jorge Conde, the menu showcases various playful libations which often riff off classic cocktails and emphasize experience over visuals (the latter being quite the focal point in previous iterations of the menu).

While the agave-led "Smoke & Mirrors #4" updates the bar's signature cocktail, "Robbery At The Museum" reimagines the Singapore Sling as a foamy minx who's more pineapple tart than cherry sweet, and the "Le Paix 75" is a luxuriously botanical take on the classic Martini.
