Shreds of duck confit, hazelnuts, spinach, lemon zest, masala cream.

One of South Union Park's signature dishes. The handcrafted tagliatelle was cooked al-dente and it is different from those ready-made / off the shelf pasta. The shredded duck confit was tender and accompanied well with the hazelnut and masala cream.
