Visited Yee Cheong Yuan, twice this week - first visit on a weekday and second visit on weekend, and ordered the exact same dishes on both occasions.

The silky chicken skin and roast pork was really superb, on the first visit but somehow the quality and quantity of both dishes were wildly inconsistent when I visited today.
The silky chicken hor fun was served sans skin (it must be said that the smooth and silky chicken skin was the essence of this dish), portion of the roast pork was reduced by half and sadly, the skin of the roast pork was also slightly soggy and lacks the delightful crispness texture that I have had on my previous visit.
