Have never set foot in Hard Rock despite knowing of their existence all my life but boy do I regret not coming earlier for their Baby Back Ribs. These ribs looked tantalising when they were placed before me, glistening in all its glory under the light. Coated with a sticky, caramelised glossy glaze with a lovely charred finish, the meat has thoroughly absorbed the smoky - sweet aroma of the homemade BBQ sauce and achieved a fall off the bone tenderness which I absolutely adored. Served with seasoned fries, coleslaw and ranch-style beans, the portion is recommended for 2, though I felt it could easily feed 4 if you order other dishes to go along.
