Rolling out of the restaurant after our meal; we might have overdone it with our dim sum order at Summer Pavilion…

From their exquisite steamed dumplings and bun to their delectable fried rolls, we tried almost all the items on the compact dim sum menu. And so of the lot, my favourites certainly include the sweets. Their Baked Egg Tart ($3/ pcs) was a classic done right with the smooth-soft custard and buttery base. The sweetness was lovely and the slightly crumbly texture of the tart was a solid ten out of ten. I inhaled it in a single bite!
