she did up this 2 pax portion from the lou hei counter. just nice we were still in the midst of cny celebrations. and then i went to the japanese station to kope some sashimi slices to complete the lou hei.

we spammed the crackers and it was a very good appetiser. having more of the ingredients we like and fresh sashimi straight from the counter. whats not to like about this self assembled lou hei?
