Chashu Miso Pasta ($15) consisted of boufe pork chashu, miso sauce, onsen egg, shredded seaweed. I decided not add spiced silver sprout because I don't eat spicy food. Its quite special for dry pasta by using miso sauce instead of making soup. I also like the sauce for miso to complement for pasta dish. I also add-on as a set meal for handicraft beverage - hot mint tea ($3.90) in regular size.
