I have been wanting to try the Truffle Capellini ($19) from Curious Palette. The al dente capellini is drenched in a truffle-infused mushroom fricassee and topped with grated parmesan, chives and an onsen egg. The sauce is rich, creamy and thankfully not too jelak, but it is a little salty. Each strand of pasta is thoroughly coated in the flavourful sauce and runny egg, and the generous serving of mushrooms adds a nice bite to the dish.
