The best kinda food is the kind that only requires you to use one type of cutlery to eat...just like this HK-style rice platter of stir-fried — simply with garlic — crunchy long beans, luncheon meat, slices of crispy duck that have been first seasoned with five spice and then deep-fried until crispy, and that double fried egg with yolks that burst and leak and then coat whatever that are on the plate.
