This is a half Hokkaido sweet corn, with chiotle aioli and cotija cheese. You can also get the full corn ribs for $12. I liked the how the use of chives and cheese brought out good flavour, although $6 for half a corn cob is :')

NGL I feel like I'd have loved the other dishes more but that's probably for next time when I revisit! Would reco going with a group of friends so you can share more variety 🤭. Also, it'd be best to reserve although we were lucky to snag seats via walk-in on a random Thursday at about 715pm!
