We thought the Meze Board (S$22++) gave us the best of all worlds, but really it was this little bite that most impressed. The batter was thin, light, crisp, and not at all oily. Take a bite and the salty, slightly melty feta oozes out. What we most loved was the contrast between the thick sweet honey, and creamy salty feta. Unadorned but stunning.
