Had the barachirashi, monaka cracker with Uni and Truffle, salmon sashimi with renkon crackers and sweet potato croquette.

I don’t drink so I’d skip the salmon sashimi with renkon (lotus root) crackers, I’d imagine it pair very well with alcohol.

What stood out was the sushi rice in the barachirashi, great balance of flavours that complimented the seafood medley. Uni was of good quality.
