Aloe vera cake

My default choice has always been the coconut tart however , these days I find the tartlets pretty overbaked and dry and the coconut seems to be less fluffy than before .

The Aloe vera cake was the star for today .
Incredibly moist with a not so sweet aloe vera purée - this was delightful to have .
