Have been wanting to try the Mazesoba at “Kajiken” for a while now but for whatever reason, haven’t been able to get myself there. Thus, when the opportunity to slurp on a bowl of the Nagoya style ramen at “Ramen Matsuri” presented itself today, I jumped at it.
This is the place where I had my first ever taste of ramen prepared in this signature dry style. I remember it really impressed me back then (although I did find the amount of negi a little daunting initially). The good news is, nothing has changed.
