This is one of the better places that serves salted egg yolk ribs, I feel. This is a hole-in-the-wall shop at level 5 of Far East Plaza, but it gets extremely crowded on a weekday afternoon.

Salted egg pork ribs was the common order, and when you see everyone ordering the same thing, you can bet that it’s going to finger-licking good. It’s a satisfying portion for one. The pork ribs were tender, a bit like gu luk yok, and even coated with mildly spicy and savoury salted egg yolk sauce. They were very generous with the sauce, so I could eat my rice with the sauce too. Very delicious indeed - I licked up all of the sauce!
