A tonkotsu broth with a special blended miso paste and fragrant garlic oil, as well as pork loin, pork belly, black fungus and spring onions, this ramen was packed with so much flavor. I liked how Ippudo Ramen allows you to choose the hardness of the ramen as well! I tried the Shiromaru broth as well and it was "clearer" than the Akamaru broth, but if you're like me and prefer a more flavorful broth, Akamaru is the ramen for you!

Also, this Tanjong Pagar outlet just opened around 2 weeks ago and super thankful to have been able to go on their opening day (where there was a 1-for-1 offer on all ramens heh) 🙏🏻 So thank you Ippudo Ramen!!
