Heard so many good things about @fat_fuku home dining, and was so thankful that I finally get to try them, courtesy of @jillyeats for arranging the meal for me.

And you might have seen this splattered everywhere online - her crispy mee siam, which to me is like chao tar bee hoon, but with full mee siam flavours, and topped of prawns and quail eggs. And mee siam gravy is served on the side if you like these crispy mee siam to come with a bit of sauce. It's like dipping tempura into its dipping sauce.

You don't get this anywhere else, at least for now. But with such a novel idea that worked so well, I believe soon enough you might see this sprouting out elsewhere too.
