Finally I am able to tick them off my wishlist and have a taste of Chef Koizumi’s one-degree cooking philosophy to Japanese katsu. It was truly an enjoyable treat biting into the Black Angus Beef ($38) that was cooked to medium doneness with the shiso leaves cutting the richness of the beef while the lady enjoyed her Japanese Pork ($28). We capped off lunch with the creamy and decadent Japanese Pudding ($8).
