Freshly fried buttermilk chicken sandwiched in white toast, cabbage slaw, cucumber slices and sriracha sauce ($16) - available on Burpple Beyond, and some say it’s better than the Cubano! It was a roller coaster ride from my first bite into the toast, crunchy chicken skin, tender meat, then my second chew into the refreshing jalapeño-sauce laced slaw, balanced off by cool cucumber slices!
