All started by a young entrepreneur who decided to change the regular HK street food. Instead the regular chicken, he used turkey in almost every of his dish. Famous for their granitic turkey drumstick (for HKD 20) and noodle soup (HKD 20), this was 2nd on their list. Turkeys simmered for a least 4 hours and used the broth to create this thick "shark fin" like soup. Its savoriness was like pama ham and the sliced black fungus gave the soup a crisp. Not a bad eat esp in this chilly weather.
