I really liked the smoky flavour plus that the cuts are very different from Astons. Much thicker and wider. Sirloin or new York strip was fabulously cooked however, the ribeye had some inconsistencies, a lot of rare to raw in the middle. Will come back if there is still discount and maybe as for medium well.
