Thank god for #burpplebeyond so I could try out some Peruvian cuisine, which left quite an impression.

This Arroz Mariscos was overflowing with stupefyingly robust flavours with some tanginess from the spices. The onions and a squeeze of lime then added another dimension to it. To top it off, the seafood (especially the prawns) was just so scrumptuously fresh.

Admittedly, not the most exotic dish there but the execution was on point.
