Served in what looks like a wooden sampan boat, the massive Pacific Dory fillet of the “Fish & Chips” has a light and crunchy battered coating, and moist, clean-tasting flaky flesh within.
Both kids and adults seem to like this dish because quite a few tables have the same “sampan” moored on them.
My mum prefers to substitute the chips with a mixed green salad. Not a bad idea if you want to cut back on the guilt.
