Had a really nice dinner at Fat Belly! Service staff was friendly and attentive. I found the chairs really nice and comfortable, and I enjoyed that sitting at the bar meant being able to see the chefs prepare the food from the front row. I had the 250g Deckle steak, and it was very nicely cooked and very flavorful.

I also shared the creamed kale, which was very nice, and the truffle fries, which was kinda just ok (they used truffle oil instead of having truffle bits or truffle salt, which is fine, but I would've liked it with truffle salt). They also were out of the broccolini, which was too bad. The portions were both were very generous, though, and I found them really satisfying! For dessert, I had the Basque burnt cheesecake, and that was really delicious! Next time, I might have to order it again, even though I'm usually more of a tiramisu guy.
