the thin crisp skin and tender juicy meat within remains — with an additional coat of special sauce w loads of ingredients including cumin and sichuan peppercorns then dusted w a generous helping of spice powder!! it’s spicy and just ABIT numbing, but not overwhelming and it’s actually really tantalizing i enjoyed it 🤤 those who can’t take spice shld hold back on the powder though, that can get abit much.
