Two young entrepreneurs decided to set up a stall selling Modern BCM with seafood such as clams, scallop and mock abalone. I went straight with their signature minced pork noodles that came with a bowl of BCM topped with clams, scallops, prawn paste balls, mock abalone, fish dumplings, fish balls and crispy fish sticks. The noodles are well done with good texture and firm bite. Although the seafood are frozen, it was still plump and sweet. The prawn paste balls were crunchy and tender.
