An Italian twist to korean cuisine, this cream spaghetti is served with Saesongi mushrooms and bacon topped with huge, tender and crispy pork ribs. The spaghetti is bathed in a thick and creamy sauce, resembling that of a carbonara, with tender and smoky bacon strips as well as thick and chewy king oyster mushrooms. Perhaps what’s missing is just the onsen egg atop, in replacement with 3 huge chunks of pork ribs. Adorned with a crisp golden brown batter, the pork ribs were tender but a tad dry for my liking. The ratio of batter:meat was an unbalanced one as well, with the seemingly gigantic size deriving from the batter instead of the latter 😢. .
On a side note, I heard that this fusion dish is only available at the 313 somerset outlet! With @burpple beyond, you can get to enjoy 1-for-1 for all food items here (including the side dishes ie. egg rolls and pancakes). Do note that price of lowest item (and NOT mains) would be the one that’s FOC though! Wasn’t inform of this rule prior to my order but thank goodness the crew on duty that day allowed me to obtain 1-for-1 for the mains, despite my order of an extra egg roll. .
