Possibly my favourite dish here. Looks simple, but certainly isn’t in terms of flavour profile. Fresh tuna, octopus and snapper tossed in a tangy dressing comprising of lime, red peppers and onions. Loved how there was the addition of some corn (?) crisps that provided a nice contrast in mouthfeel. Delish.
